The money collected in our annual Fund Drive (mailings are sent out March through September) is used to buy medical supplies, equipment, and apparatus. The Sterling community is served 24 hours a day, 365 days a year by a professionally trained force of more than 185 operational and administrative volunteers. Our members are not paid.

Please understand that we enjoy working with our brother and sister firefighters — we are not an organizational component of the Sterling Volunteer Fire Company and donations are not shared between these two distinct non-profit agencies.

If you have any questions about our Fund Drive please e-mail us at donation@sterlingrescue.org

We encourage you to make your donation online or send a check to:
Sterling Volunteer Rescue Squad
Attn: Fund Drive
P.O. Box 650065
Sterling, VA 20167-0065

We do take vehicle donations to be used for extrication and equipment training (possible tax deduction). Please contact us for more details.

Sterling Volunteer Rescue Squad is proud to announce that we have been chosen as a Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) Charity.

The Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) is the largest and most successful workplace fundraising campaign in the world. Over the past fifty years, the CFC has raised $7 billion to help neighbors in need around the corner, across the nation and throughout the world.

For over 50 years, the Sterling Volunteer Rescue Squad has been serving the community. Help us serve the community by donating via the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC # 16518).

If you are a Federal employee, please considering making SVRS your CFC Charity. Be sure to Share with family and friends.
